In-house research and development are the nucleus and at the same time the motor of Kränzle's innovation strategy.
In order to know the exact requirements of the market, the close link between research and sales is indispensable. Because the input of our customers provides important impulses for new developments and product improvements, on which Josef Kränzle personally still works.

The heart of every Kränzle high-pressure cleaner is the high-pressure pump.
For this purpose, the pump head is made of forged special brass in the company's own factory in lllertissen to guarantee a particularly long service life.

All Kränzle high-pressure cleaners are equipped with ceramic-coated stainless steel plungers, which considerably increase the service life of the machines.

Gearbox
The highlight of the gearbox used in our axial pumps is the swash plate. This was developed by Josef Kränzle himself and is patented. Due to the high precision of the swash plate, the plungers are moved in staggered intervals to ensure an even flow of water.
3. Motor
Large-dimensioned, durable motors in the usual high Kränzle quality ensure a particularly long service life and maximum performance.
High-pressure cleaners with slow-running 4-pole electric motors (1,400 rpm) operate at low speed, which reduces the starting current, noise and wear.

Casting technology
The chassis and front panels for all high-pressure cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners and sweepers are cast in plastic to keep the overall weight as low as possible.

After our high-pressure cleaners have been completly assembled, they receive the unmistakable Kränzle logo. This is the sign that our products have undergone the complete assembly process and have been approved for the final quality test
6. Quality test and dispatch handling
Packing and shipping
Depending on the equipment series, pumps and accessories are packed together in our packing department and handed over for despatch. We also take special orders into account. If a customer requires an additional lance or a longer hose than is included in the standard version, we can react quickly and flexibly thanks to our warehouse organisation - without longer delivery times.
