Today, the Kränzle family business is managed by the managing partners Josef Kränzle and his son Ludwig Kränzle, who unite a strong team behind them. Manfred Bauer completes the management team, while production management is in the hands of Michael Iske. Sigrid Kränzle, authorised signatory, is responsible for accounting and personnel management.
Josef Kränzle - founder and managing partner
Josef Kränzle was born in Illertissen in 1944 as the second of four children. After training as an iron turner, he became the youngest master craftsman in the chamber district in 1966 at the age of 21 and ventured into self-employment eight years later with a second-hand lathe. Through hard work and thanks to his wealth of ideas, Josef Kränzle developed his company over the following decades into one of the most successful in its sector, which is still growing steadily today and offers its customers innovative and high-quality cleaning solutions thanks to numerous patents and new developments.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Josef Kränzle has been involved in football since a young age. During his active time as goalkeeper for the amateur league team SSV Ulm 1846, he only narrowly missed promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga twice. This connection still exists today, so that he is still active as a supporter of FV Illertissen after the end of his active career. Josef Kränzle is also involved in politics. In the 1996 local elections, he ran for Illertissen town council and Neu-Ulm district council for the first time. He was elected to both bodies with impressive results. In 2008, he was 2nd mayor of Illertissen.

Ludwig Kränzle has been with the company since 1989. After starting out as production manager in the family business, he joined the management team in 2010 and was appointed Managing Director of Sales in 2012. He still holds this position today and is responsible for all sales and marketing-related activities.
Ludwig Kränzle has the well-being of the workforce at heart, as he is convinced that the success of the company depends on the entire team. That is why he listens closely to his employees. He values constructive and open dialogue and attaches great importance to modern workplace design and regular company events to promote motivation within the team. Organised structures are intended to encourage independent work and make everyday working life easier, while family get-togethers at company parties further support the atmosphere in the company.
In his free time, Ludwig Kränzle, like his father, is closely involved in football, in which he himself played for 30 years. He is also involved in various organisations, such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Bauer joined our company on 15 April 1986. His expertise and commitment quickly made him an indispensable force. As early as 1987, he took over the management of pump production and final assembly of our high-pressure cleaners, making a significant contribution to the quality and reliability of our products.
In 2017, Mr Bauer was appointed to the management board, where he has since helped shape the strategic direction of our company with his many years of experience and in-depth technical knowledge. His career exemplifies the pursuit of excellence and continuous innovation in our company.
Michael Iske has been a mainstay of our company since April 2010.
With over a decade of experience, he has proven himself to be an extremely competent and committed production manager.
In 2019, he took over overall production management and was appointed to the management team at the same time
With his extensive knowledge and strategic thinking, Michael Iske makes a significant contribution to the success and further development of our production processes.
